2022/23 LOCAL COMPETITIVE TEAMS
NuStep's local teams practice, train and play from October to June and are offered at least one travel opportunity to the U.S. later in the season. Although team tryouts are held in the Fall, there may be there may be opportunities to join throughout the season if there is space and a position on a team.

TEAM HIGHLIGHTS

House League NuStep's house league program exposes players with skills at all levels to friendly recreational basketball gameplay while building self-confidence and basketball IQ. The program offers opportunities to train, develop individual skills and excel to higher levels. We strongly encourage players who are not selected for a competitive team after our tryouts to join our house league program as this is the only platform we use to actively recruit new players. NuStep offers private and group training programs designed to acquaint athletes to the fundamentals of basketball while participating in drills and skill exercises, relays and game-like situations.
